Things that the pictures don't show . . .the mud walls. . . the ceiling blackened from countless cooking fires, the metal grill almost burned through . . . the man outside chopping wood for us. . . the woman carrying a heavy bucket of water from the river . . . the women sawing the beef into pieces in their hands. . . it was a great lunch.
